At MascotHappy, all mascot costumes are custom-made products. Each costume is specially produced according to your requirements, including design, size, colors, and customization details.
Custom Production
All mascot costumes are produced after your order is confirmed.
- Production Time: Usually 5–7 business days
Our team carefully prepares materials, creates your mascot costume, and completes quality inspections before shipment.
Since all products are handmade and customized, production time may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the design and order quantity.
Import Duties & Taxes (DDP Shipping)
Generally, MascotHappy uses DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for international orders.
With DDP shipping:
- Import duties are included
- Customs clearance fees are included
- Applicable import taxes are covered by MascotHappy
Customers will not need to pay additional import duties or customs fees when receiving their order.
For a very small number of remote countries or regions such as Africa and island nations that do not accept DDP terms, please retain all relevant customs‑clearance documents. We will provide corresponding compensation.

Although we arrange the international shipping and customs process, customers may need to provide necessary information or documents to assist with customs clearance when required by local customs authorities or shipping carriers.
