All mascot costumes are custom-made products and are specially produced according to each customer's requirements. Therefore, cancellation depends on the production status of your order.
Cancellation Before Production
Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before production begins.
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to cancel.
Cancellation After Production Begins
Once production has started, your mascot costume is being customized specifically for you.
For this reason:
- Orders cannot be canceled after production begins.
- Refunds are not available for orders already in production.
- A small fee may be charged for any design changes once production has commenced.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
