These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of www.mascothappy.com and any order placed through our website. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Products and Services
MascotHappy sells a wide range of customized mascot costumes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colors, measurements, and prices are accurate.
Because mascot costumes are handmade, slight differences in color, shape, stitching, measurements, or other details may occur. Screen settings and lighting may also affect how colors appear.
2. Orders and Payment
Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, sizing, and contact information when placing an order.
Full payment is generally required before an order is processed or production begins. Depending on availability at checkout, payment methods may include PayPal, eligible credit or debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. The payment methods displayed at checkout are the methods available for that order.
Payment-method availability may vary depending on your device, browser, country or region, currency, and transaction eligibility. Payments are processed by the selected payment provider and may be subject to that provider's terms, privacy notice, authentication requirements, and eligibility rules.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
- Payment cannot be verified.
- Product or pricing information contains an error.
- The order appears fraudulent or unauthorized.
- The requested design may violate applicable law or third-party rights.
- We are unable to complete the order.
If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
3. Customized Orders
Customers are responsible for carefully checking all customization details, including size, measurements, colors, logos, text, images, and design requirements.
Production may begin after payment is confirmed and the customer approves the required details or design. Changes requested after production begins may result in additional charges or delays and may not always be possible.
Customized or personalized products cannot normally be canceled or returned after production begins, except where the product is defective, materially different from the approved design, or otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
4. Customer-Supplied Designs and Intellectual Property
If you submit a logo, character, image, name, artwork, or other material for customization, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it.
You must not ask us to produce anything that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, design right, or other intellectual-property rights. MascotHappy may refuse or cancel any order that may violate third-party rights. You remain responsible for claims arising from materials or instructions you provide.
5. Sizing and Fit
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and providing accurate measurements. Size recommendations are provided as guidance and cannot guarantee an identical fit for every wearer.
If incorrect or incomplete measurements are supplied, alteration, replacement, and additional shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
6. Production and Shipping
Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customization, order volume, destination, customs inspections, carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellation, return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to our applicable Order Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us promptly and provide your order number, photographs, videos, and a description of the issue. Please do not return a product without contacting us first.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
8. Website Content
Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, website design, original photographs, and other content created by MascotHappy may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without our written permission.
Third-party names, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use our website to:
- Commit fraud or other unlawful activities.
- Introduce viruses or malicious code.
- Interfere with the website's security or operation.
- Collect customer or website data without authorization.

Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law does not allow such a limitation.
Mascot costumes may restrict visibility, hearing, or movement. Customers and performers are responsible for using the costume safely, maintaining adequate supervision, taking regular breaks, and avoiding hazardous environments.
11. Privacy and Payment Providers
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payments are processed by the payment provider and payment method selected at checkout. This may include PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, card networks, banks, card issuers, or other payment providers.
